Unified customer experience management platform Sprinklr has introduced Sprinklr AI Studio, a new capability in Sprinklr Modern Research that empowers users to easily create and customise AI models without writing code.

The AI studio enables brands to eliminate manual categorisation of customer messages across digital channels, that way helping customer service agents, social media teams, brand analysts, and more focus on priority, engageable comments.

AI can also sort out messages according to categories such as “engageable” or “priority” to help with finding the most relevant customer comments.

Sprinklr AI Studio empowers users to categorise brand messages by creating custom AI text classification models through an easy-to-use experience, that requires no knowledge of code.

The benefits it offers to brands are filtering out irrelevant comments, reducing labour-intensive manual work, and unlocking new paths to derive insights via AI-powered custom categorisation.

Pavitar Singh, Chief Technology Officer, Sprinklr, said:

“Using AI to categorize public customer conversations is an essential part of creating a unified customer experience. Yet, advanced technical expertise is often required to develop effective AI models.”

“With Sprinklr AI Studio, anyone can quickly build AI models with powerful natural language processing and advanced machine learning, transforming the way brands engage with customers across modern, digital channels.”

Sprinkl has served many global brands worldwide including Microsoft, P&G, and Samsung. According to a representative from the Microsoft Azure Customer Experience Team, Sprinklr AI enabled them to create a unified, one-stop-shop for organising and responding to customer questions, along with additional engagement opportunities.
