Called the Journey Orchestration Engine (JOE), it enables hotels to engage with guests over WhatsApp, SMS and other key messaging platforms.
The platform allows hotels can send targeted communication through the customer journey. This is typically from the booking phase to checkout and beyond.
It works by leveraging its smart segmentation engine, meaning hotels can create custom segments and orchestrate unique journeys based on the segment.
Added to that, past data is used to create a seamless customer journey.
Xperium Joe uses an AI powered conversational bot to answer common guest queries related to hotel policies, amenities and timings.
The omni-channel solution increases upsell opportunities by reaching out in guests preferred messaging platform. This includes a two-way messaging translation to understand every guest.
It also increases web conversions by AI and ML chat bots that are operational consistently.
