Data and AI company Databricks has launched Databricks Partner Connect, a new portal that lets customers acquire and store data, analytics, and AI tools in their Databricks lakehouse.

The company says Partner Connect processes information from clusters, tokens, and connection files and connects them with data ingestion, BI and ML tools.

Ali Ghodsi, CEO and Co-Founder of Databricks, said: “With Partner Connect, we’re able to open up the Databricks Lakehouse Platform to partners in new ways that will make it much easier for us to collectively serve customers better.”

“Partners will be able to directly reach Databricks customers with their solutions in the moment, and our sales and marketing teams will be able to collaborate closely to solve customer challenges.”

The solution allows customers to integrate the data tools they already use and extend their data lakehouse capabilities to fit their needs.

Databricks customers can enjoy the benefits of Partner Connect at no additional cost, as well as new partner solutions, pre-built lakehouse integrations, and machine learning models as they are added to the ecosystem.

With the introduction of Partner Connect, Databricks plans to “expand customer engagement with strategic partners and deliver an integrated data ecosystem for lakehouse.”

Integrations with current Databricks partners such as Fivetran, Labelbox, Microsoft Power BI, and Prophecy are already available to customers while integrations with Airbyte, Blitzz, dbt Labs, and others are expected to be available in the coming months.

In October, Databricks acquired Low code startup 8080 Labs to accelerate the adoption and accessibility of data lakehouse.
