Fintech enablement company ENACOMM has announced its ENACOMM Financial Suite (EFS) Is now available on financial software provider Finasta’s FusionStore.
ENACOMM’s solutions are aimed at improving customer experience while combating financial fraud and increasing efficiency. Its financial suite comes with interactive voice response (IVR) technology, allowing customers including banks, credit unions and credit card institutions to offer multichannel customer self-service applications. The solution is delivered either on a hosted or software as a service (SaaS) model.
The FusionsStore is set up to give Finastra customers access to testing, purchasing and deploying applications that improve functionality of core systems, with applications developed via Finastra’s open development cloud platform FusionFabric.cloud.

A Wealth of CX Features
The ENEACOMM Financial Suite uses Finastra core technologies and open APIs to offer a raft of features, including intelligent, customisable IVR for customer self-service, call centre analytics, and the option of conversational voice banking with AI-powered digital assistants. Also on offer are security features such as fraud detection and tracking, multi-factor authentication with voice biometrics and proactive alerts for customers.
