Adding Genesys Cloud to its portfolio, which already includes Genesys Engage, allows BT to strengthen its support of organizations of any size, type, or complexity with private and public cloud, as well as hybrid and on-premise contact centre deployments.

As a long-time Gold Partner, already selling the Genesys Engage solution, BT has successfully completed a thorough review process. This review required BT to demonstrate its correspondence with crucial values for Genesys, such as excellent customer care, technical knowledge, and the ability to provide fantastic professional services.
The updated reseller agreement takes the relationship between BT and Genesys to the next level. Already, BT uses the Genesys Engage platform to support customer service agents in enterprises across the globe. Now, BT customers will have access to Genesys Cloud as well, for a more connected, established, and meaningful relationship across any channel.
