Advantage Communications Inc has appointed Clive Woodrow as Chief Operations Officer.

Woodrow has more than two decades experience the contact centre and CX industries as well as leading the US management team of an Irish BPO company Voxpro in helping them to expand services to Google.  

Gregory Hough, President and CEO at Advantage Communications Inc, said: “It is my pleasure to welcome Clive to Advantage Communications.
