Digital technology services provider Brillio has acquired Cedrus Digital, a New York-based digital transformation and cloud consulting firm, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will strengthen Brillio’s product and platform engineering, data analytics, cloud security and digital infrastructure capabilities. This will also expand Brillio’s presence in the North American region.
Cedrus Digital brings expertise in cloud-native engineering, cloud security, cloud infrastructure ops, conversational AI, machine learning, cognitive automation, and intellectual property that will help Brillio in improving its end-to-end digital transformation solutions across healthcare, financial services, and automotive industries.
Cedrus also has long-term partnerships with RedHat, Netskope, Okta, and Confluent in its portfolio.
