Content Guru, a leading cloud communications provider, has announced that it is among the first of the CCaaS providers to be certified for the Microsoft Teams Connected Contact Centre Certification Programme.

Microsoft’s programme serves as catalogue of accredited providers’ solution that has been tested and verified to provide the quality, compatibility and reliability customers expect from Microsofts solutions. The programmes connects CCaaS providers’ solutions with Microsoft Teams communications and collaboration infrastructure, ensuring enhanced routing, configuration and system insights.

What makes Content Guru’s award-winning storm® CCaaS solution special is that it seamlessly integrates with Teams, thus enabling an organisation’s front-office contact centre users to effortlessly transfer callers through storm to back-office subject matter experts on Teams.

The process works effectively in both directions for a seamless, unified environment. If need be, storm users can also dial external numbers through Teams.
