Exalate, Forty8Fifty Labs Partner on Service Desk Syncing

Issue tracker and service desk synchronisation tool Exalate is partnering with Agile and DevOps consultancy Forty8Fifty Labs on the delivery of the former’s solution. 

Exalate’s solution features both uni- and bi-directional syncing alongside full control of what data is being shared and whom it is being shared with. Among the trackers its supports are Zendesk, Atlassian Jira, HP AC/ALM, ServiceNow, and Github. 

The partnership will see the companies offering more simplified syncing between service desk and ticketing solutions in order to boost collaboration and issue tracking management.

Forty8Fifty Labs said Exalate would be offered as part of its solutions and services set for IT service management. The offering utilises automation for the delivery of service request management, incident management, problem management and change management. A subsidiary of Veristor Systems, the company focuses on consulting, services and software development to boost collaboration and reduce time to revenue.
