IPI Pauseable Available on Genesys AppFoundry

Digital contact centre specialist IPI has announced the availability of its ‘pause and resume’ solution, Pauseable, on Genesys AppFoundry, the industry’s largest dedicated marketplace focused on customer experience solutions.

Pauseable will make it easy for Genesys customers to automatically stop and start call and screen recording during the taking of a payment or collection of sensitive data on Genesys Cloud CX™ without any manual intervention by the agent.

The IPI solution also allows recordings to automatically be ‘paused’ and ‘resumed’ depending on events or triggers. IPI says the solution requires minimal to no interaction from the agents to initiate the process, enabling them to focus entirely on the customer.

Pauseable easily integrates with Genesys Cloud CX™ and an agent’s desktop applications to monitor and respond to agent actions in real time. The solution eliminates human error without slowing agents down in their daily tasks.

IPI’s application is available with Genesys Cloud CX™, a flexible, scalable platform built for rapid innovation.
