Sprinklr has introduced Sprinklr Modern Care Lite, an out-of-the-box version of its’ unified customer support solution: Sprinklr Modern Care.
Announced at Customer Contact Week (CCW) 2022, Modern Care Lite promises faster deployment, in just under five minutes.

The platform also allows users to build their own bots and deploy them across multiple channels for higher deflection rates.
Further, Modern Care Lite offers capabilities such as guided workflows to reduce agent ramp up times and help new agents deliver first contact resolution.
According to Sprinklr, the platform can automate many tasks, including routing priority messages to the most appropriate agents.
Sprinklr Modern Care Lite is generally available for all customers globally, with a free 30-day trial and complimentary onboarding for a limited time.
Elsewhere, Sprinklr has recently supercharged its Modern Care platform with a Twilio integration, adding voice and SMS capabilities.
