Salesforce Releases New ‘Unlimited Edition+’ Bundles

Salesforce has introduced ‘Unlimited Edition+’ (UE+) bundles that mix and match Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Slack, Tableau, and Industries.

These bundles make it simpler to buy and deploy Salesforce technology, with the CRM leader also noting how the bundles will help organizations scale faster.

Such simplified purchasing comes as customers leverage more of Salesforce’s broad portfolio and embrace its Einstein 1 platform architecture.

Indeed, nine of Salesforce’s top ten deals in Q3 included six or more clouds.

Diving deeper, Bill Patterson, EVP of Corporate Strategy, spoke about the benefits of its new bundles: “Our customers are consistently evaluating and working to simplify their complicated technology portfolio and are looking to us to help them be more productive and efficient.

These new bundles provide the best of Salesforce to help our customers across industries move faster, reduce complexity, and better compete with the latest technology as they navigate this new AI era.

The UE+ bundles come at a time when businesses are looking to leverage AI, but limited access and connectivity are making it a challenge to do so.

Indeed, Salesforce research has shown that while 57 percent of IT leaders believe generative AI is a “game changer”, 60 percent say they are unable to integrate it into their stacks.

Furthermore, stacks are often fragmented with siloed data, resulting in complex and expensive systems, which the UE+ bundles could help to solve.

What’s Included with UE+?

The first Salesforce UE+ bundles announced are UE+ for Sales and Service and UE+ for Industries.

UE+ for Sales and Service

Announced at Dreamforce, this brings together Sales Cloud UE+ and Service Cloud UE+ into a single offering.

Sales Cloud UE+ includes the complete Sales Cloud Unlimited edition package, Data Cloud, Generative AI, Enablement, Sales Planning, Maps, Revenue Intelligence, Slack, and Slack Sales Elevate.

With these tools, organizations can bolster sales efficiency, automate personalized communications, and utilize built-in insights. Customers can also use data held in the CRM from opportunity history, open cases, and decision-maker touchpoints to improve customer experience.

Service Cloud UE+ has everything inside the Service Cloud Unlimited edition bundle, alongside Data Cloud, Generative AI, Service Cloud Voice, Digital Engagement, Feedback Management, Self-Service, Slack, and CRM Analytics.

The combination enables service leaders to cut down on costs while increasing productivity by enabling agents to resolve cases and incidents more quickly.

Data-driven insights also allow leaders to offer customers the option of finding the answers they are looking for using generative AI-powered search.

UE+ for Industries

This offering combines UE+ for Sales and Service with industry-specific capabilities and data models to bring speed and value to various sectors.

For starters, these include financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Financial Service Cloud UE+ for Sales and Financial Services Cloud UE+ for Service is for banks, asset management, and insurance agencies to consolidate their customer data on one platform with embedded AI features.

Insurance carriers, for example, could leverage Financial Services Cloud UE+ to connect emails, webinars, and educational content with conference attendance, social media follows, and business performance data to help understand what is driving revenue growth.

Health Cloud UE+ for Service assists healthcare, pharmaceutical, and other medical practices in increasing their contact center response times and provides digital services with real-time collaboration, intelligence, and a comprehensive view of patients, providers, and partners.

Hospitals can deploy the bundle to gain personalized, AI-powered support centers for triage and care, using self-care tools like scheduling and connecting members and patients to care teams via the channel of their choice.

Manufacturing Cloud UE+ for Sales gives manufacturing organizations the tools they need to build data foundations, add AI capabilities, and ramp up productivity, giving scale to their operations and increasing revenues.

Moreover, manufacturers may view their entire business book to see how companies are performing relative to sales agreements and then apply AI-generated summaries to create the optimal plan of action.

Lastly, businesses may monitor the success of their UE+ bundle deployments by tracking the new Salesforce Customer Success Score.
