Data automation platform Syncari has released workflow automation capabilities on its platform, intended for use my marketing, sales and revenue teams.

The company’s no-code platform features data synchronisation, unification, governance and access capabilities, with the new update including templates for common workflows such as lead to account matching, lead routing and quote to cash.

No-Code Data Automation

Via Syncari’s drag and drop interface, organisations are able to automate multi-directional workflows with data integrated from other systems, thus eliminating manual work and automating repetitive processes.

Among the capabilities enabled by the platform are:

  • Breaking down data silos via integrations with Marketo, HubSpot, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Freshsales CRM, and Zoho CRM, thus simplifying the process of unifying data from multiple sources
  • Building workflows with over 100 drag and drop objects such as data functions and filters
  • Restoring data integrity by syncing data across the technology stack

“What’s new here is Syncari’s approach,” said Neelesh Shastry, CTO and co-founder of Syncari. “Unlike RPA, iPaaS or ETL platforms that came before, Syncari pipelines have access to the customer’s entire unified data set. As a result, non-technical business users can add cross-system filters and lookups or create data sums, counts and averages without a single line of SQL/SOQL or other complex code.”

The company differentiates itself from other workflow automation and robotic process automation offerings by proclaiming a focus on data integrity and trust. Syncari’s multi-directional sync engine allows users to mesh different systems into a unified data model, with data normalisation features built in to ensure databases remain in sync.

“With Syncari, we’ve streamlined customer onboarding by fully automating a 12-step manual process that used to take days to complete,” said Brendan Reeves, head of sales operations at Dremio, a customer of Syncari’s. “With unified, synchronised data across Salesforce, Jira and our product database, we also now have unprecedented visibility into customer health and can better serve customers in every interaction. We did all this without writing a line of code.”
