Forsta has partnered with Rio SEO, a local marketing platform for enterprise brands, to integrate its technology into the Forsta HX platform.

The integration will enable brands to engage consumers across the journey and extend their CX programmes with new personalisation features.

Rio SEO technology will become part of the Forsta HX platform, including solutions like:

  • Rio SEO Local Pages + Forsta Digital Feedback
  • Rio SEO Local Listings + Rio SEO Local Pages + Forsta Studio

Rio SEO Reviews enables companies to ingest Rio SEO’s review data from review sites into their existing Voice of Customer programmes on Forsta’s HX Platform. Users can also harness Forsta’s Genius Text Analytics to plan actions based on feedback in reviews.

Together with Forsta Digital Feedback, Rio SEO Local Pages allow brands to capture behavioural data along with location and user interaction-specific data.

Rio SEO Local Listings, in combination with Rio SEO Local Pages and Forsta Studio, ingests data from Rio SEO’s Local Listing and Local Pages to track metrics like impressions, clicks, and local search ranking data.

Then, brands can use Forsta Studio online infographic dashboards to turn data into graphics to create a single view of a customer’s local marketing programmes.
