Live event season is about to get underway, and it is starting with the Smart Retail Tech Expo 2023, which begins next Tuesday (February 28).

Keeping up consistency with previous years, the expo will once again take place at the ExCel in London as retailers explore the latest and greatest CX solutions.

The expo is typically considered to be the first large-scale event on the UK CX calendar, with retailers given the chance to keep up with the most exciting innovation from within the space.

What to Expect

The Smart Retail Tech Expo 2023 kicks off on Tuesday, February 28, and runs until Wednesday, March 1.

There will be 100 industry-leading speakers across the two-day event, including keynote speakers from organisations such as Google, TikTok, Amazon and Snapchat.

The expert speakers will share their exclusive insights into the latest tech, potential use cases, and the future of retail.

Visitors will able to learn about personalisation strategies for enhancing UX, AI-powered optimisation, the future of online shopping, and more by stopping at some of the 200+ exhibitor stands.

An introduction to the world of XR will also be on offer, with the latest innovations on smart AR assets, metaverse shopping, robotic solutions, virtual try-one technologies, and more all being showcased.

Each activity aims to show attendees how they can build upon their business’s virtual shopping experience, with XR, AR, and VR retail tools.

As with any live event, there will also be the opportunity to network with the industry’s leading minds.

Digital transformation directors, head of customer experience, CIOs, COOs, and more will all be attending the expo in London so it will give visitors the opportunity to make new connections.
