Now, as 2024 approaches, CX Today is pulling out all the stops to ensure next year’s edition is the best yet.
With more expert judges, categories, and opportunities to win, the CX Awards 2024 will be the first big date on the CX calendar.
What to Expect from the 2024 CX Awards
Taking place on Thursday, 29th February 2024, at 16:00 GMT, the CX Awards celebrates the most remarkable technologies, deployments, and leaders within the customer experience space.
It’s our chance to shine a virtual light on those responsible for making the customer experiences of tomorrow possible today.
To do so, we’ve split our awards into three subsets: innovation, people, and transformation.
Naturally, the vendors will garner much of the virtual limelight. They’ll battle it out across many categories to win a CX Innovation Award.
In doing so, they’ll aim to dazzle our experienced judging panel, who will evaluate their offerings across three critical criteria: Ability to Innovate, Ability to Execute, and Ability to Improve Experience.
After doing so, our CX gurus will – during the live show – announce all the winners from across the following 14 categories:

How to Get Involved
The CX Awards is fast becoming primetime viewing for everyone in the CX space, as many wait on tenterhooks to submit their applications.
And they’ll only have to hold their horses for a little longer, with applications opening on Thursday, 30th November 2023.
From there, it’s easy. Download the application form, build a case to win, and submit it with just a small application fee.
There’s lots of time to do so too, with Wednesday, 24th January 2024, the deadline for applications.
