As such, competition is rife, and seeing through the weeds is tricky, with each provider promising to deliver a substantial ROI.
Thankfully, the CX Awards pays tribute to those tech providers that go the furthest to bring innovative customer experience visions to life.

Scouring the hundreds of entries proved a tricky task for all our esteemed judges.
Indeed, they took significant care to craft a shortlist of finalists full of worthy names, each going above and beyond to showcase their CX excellence.
Of course, many missed the cut. However, all applications add real value to the event, and – on behalf of CX Today – I’d like to thank every participant for contributing to an awards showcase that has quickly become a stand-out on the customer experience calendar.
Next year, the opportunity to win will come back around. As such, we’d love the chance to welcome everyone back and share the stories of the amazing achievements many of you will make in 2024.
