Personalised video company BlueRush is partnering with customer communications management (CCM) platform provider Doxim.

BlueRush is the maker of interactive personalised video platform IndiVideo, which captures data from the video interactions of customers to gain insights into their behaviour.

The partnership will see BlueRush’s IndiVideo integrated with Doxim’s customer communications platform to provider more personalised digital customer experiences such as interactive statements, bills, policies and reports.

“Doxim clients are looking for ways to provide personalised and engaging digital experiences that can simplify complex information, motivate customers to explore upselling options and drive conversions and revenue.  Doxim CCM Interactive Video will give them an innovative and scalable method to engage their customers, through data-driven video experiences,” said SVP Product Management, Doxim, Olga Zakharenkava.

Doxim serves the financial and regulated markets with omni-channel document and payment solutions, helping companies communicate more easily with their customers, while driving loyalty through personalised communications.

“Doxim is a great partner for BlueRush,” said Steve Taylor, CEO, BlueRush. “Doxim has a commitment to bringing high value and innovative solutions to their customers and we are excited to help with their mission to turn statements and notifications into compelling customer experiences that drive results.”

BlueRush said the partnership would assist in its efforts to position itself in the customer communications management space, having recently signed up a top 15 bank in North America, two top 5 asset managers and a Fortune 40 insurance provider as customers.

“In the past year, we have seen Interactive Personalised Video (IPV) becoming a core capability for Sales, Marketing and Customer Communications Management. This is a shift from the early days in which sales cycles were highly evangelical and required significant customer education. The dialogue has shifted. Customers understand the power of our IPV platform – IndiVideo – and want to engage in conversations to determine how to get the most value,” said Steve Taylor.
