Ideal Credit Union Launches Glia Digital CX Platform

Digital customer service provider Glia has announced it is partnering with Ideal Credit Union, with the latter company implementing its communications and collaboration platform. 

Glia’s Digital Member Service platform allows companies to communicate with customers in an omni-channel capacity, with features including messaging, video banking, voice and co-browsing.

Omni-Channel Switching 

Focusing on financial enterprises, Glia’s solution allows switching between channels. With Ideal Credit Union having previously struggled to meet high call volumes at its contact centre, that allows the load to be distributed more equally.
