Akixi is delighted to once again be attending BroadSoft Connections, taking place this year from 22nd to 25th October at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, Arizona. Attendees will join hundreds of the industry’s leading voices to explore the most innovative cloud communications, team collaboration, and contact centre solutions designed to give users a competitive edge in the market.
Following on from last year’s success, Akixi is excited to be introducing a smartphone app amongst its new features at the BroadSoft annual event.
During the length of the 3-day event, delegates will be able to experience the new mobile application being showcased on the Akixi stand. Available on both Android and Apple devices, the app will allow users to access Akixi’s wallboard reporting functionality from a smartphone whether they are in the office, travelling, or working remotely.
Akixi is also introducing financial statistics to its wallboard, a feature which will show the monetary value of calls waiting, answered and abandoned. In addition, extended data storage is also being introduced as an optional item, potentially increasing capacity.
