Eleos Health has announced the closing of a $20 million Series A funding round, bringing its total amount raised to $28 million.
Launched in early 2020, Eleos Health specialises in the clinical application of voice AI, operating in the background of behavioral health clinician-patient conversations.
Eleos captures and interprets in-session themes and patterns, generating post-session clinical progress notes and insurance coding. With the Eleos platform, clinicians spend 40% less time on documentation and administrative tasks. The platform also gives insights into recurring in-session keywords, clinician listen time vs. talk time, and provides a patient improvement rate.
Alon Joffe, CEO and Co-Founder, Eleos Health, said: “Behavioral health practitioners deserve advanced technology representative of and equal to the role they play in caregiving and healing,” .
“In behavioral care, the conversation is the treatment. For the first time, Eleos is making it possible to digitize and manage the unstructured nature of behavioral health conversations, lending psychotherapists a new line of sight into patient needs, progress and outcomes.”
Eleos has captured more than 6.5 million minutes of treatment to date and is projecting 30 million minutes captured by the end of 2022.
Its services are currently used by thousands of clinicians across more than 20 national care providers and health plans.
