Tollring has announced that it is extending its contract with BT Wholesale, Europe’s largest Wholesaler to deliver call analytics across the company’s Wholesale Hosted Communications (WHC) platforms. Tollring will help BT boost customer engagement and sales enablement programme to drive business growth throughout the channel and for end customers.

Hundreds of BT Channel Partners now have access to a new education and support programme which includes tailored webinars, bitesize tutorials, libraries of themed promotional content and interactive sales support material. Working collaboratively with BT, these new programmes will add further value, helping partners and end customers to benefit from leveraging business-critical call data to drive customer experience.

Tony Martino, CEO of Tollring said:

“We’ve been working in partnership with BT since 2016. We are excited to have renewed our contract and are looking forward to the next phase being even more successful than the last, driving business across both the BT partner and end customer communities.”

Call analytics is proven to provide visibility of customer experience, helping customers to drive retention, loyalty and satisfaction. Business performance monitoring and customer journey analysis presented visually have become essential, especially in the current climate with increased remote working. The rich functionality of call analytics is not only invaluable to end customers, it gives partners competitive differentiation, adds value to their product portfolios, enables proactive customer management, and drives revenues.
