“Qualtrics’ mission to help companies design and continuously improve the experiences they deliver has never been more relevant,” said Zig Serafin, CEO, Qualtrics. “Organisations around the world and in every industry are in the middle of their experience transformations — and as experience management becomes even more critical to every organization, Qualtrics is the clear leader.”
The company counts more than 13,500 organisations worldwide among its customers, including 85 of the Fortune 100. Aside from that, digital signature firm DocuSign expanded its agreement with Qualtrics, using Qualtrics’ customer experience services and platform to better connect with customers. Qualtrics also partnered with Canadian financial institution Bank of Montreal, with the latter adding Qualtrics’ EmployeeXM solution to its existing Qualtrics CustomerXM platform. EmployeeXM allows companies to gather continuous feedback on the employee experience and taken action to improve engagement and productivity.
Full service digital pharmacy Alto chose the Qualtrics BrandXM solution, which offers predictive insights and brand tracking, to improve their view of consumer perceptions of the pharmacy and telehealth space. That data was then used to inform its plans for growth, with the company offering a prescription delivery service as well as live chats with pharmacists.
