Dialpad is set to expand its CCaaS solution to include workforce engagement management (WEM) following a partnership with Playvox. 

Through Playvox’s fully integrated suite, Dialpad will offer WEM functions such as workforce management, workforce forecasting and scheduling, quality assurance, learning management, gamification, real-time performance tracking and VoC (voice of the customer).   

The news comes after the company announced the success of its startup scheme.  

The industry leader in AI-powered communication and collaboration announced the success of its Dialpad for Startups programme, designed to help early-stage companies grow with best-in-class, unified business communications including voice, messaging, video conferencing and contact centre solutions. Over 500 startups leverage Dialpad cloud solutions to fuel productivity and growth at a discounted cost. 

Qualifying startups receive 10 free, lifelong seats of Dialpad Talk and Dialpad Meetings. As startups continue to grow, discounts on phone lines continue while video conferencing remains free for qualifying startups.
