The European Contact Centre Awards (ECCCSAs) are returning for a 22nd year, celebrating the achievements of many remarkable individuals and teams across the industry.
With entries crossing the continent, the event pays homage to the organizations breaking the boundaries of exceptional customer service.
Overseeing the entries are an expert panel of judges, chaired by Helen Wilson, Chief Experience Officer at Ipsos, who instigates a robust process to assess all finalists.
The process sometimes includes site visits that span from the western borders of Ireland to the eastern edges of Bulgaria, as the ECCCSAs celebrate contact centres that are driving the very best customer, employee, and business outcomes.
Yet, winning an award is about much more than securing bragging rights and reputation gains. Each prestigious accolade has proven a powerful catalyst in raising the profile of contact centre operations, their capabilities, and their stars.
What Are the Award Categories?
Split into three groups – operational excellence, employee experience, and customer experience – this year’s awards promise to be bigger than ever, as the ECCCSAs look to build on a pre-pandemic crowd of 1,300 attendees from 25 different countries.

When and Where Is the ECCCSAs Taking Place?
Hosted by the revered newscaster Fiona Bruce and a surprise celebrity legend, the 2022 ECCCSAs takes place on Tuesday, November the 22nd, 2022, at Evolution, Battersea Park, London.
At the event, attendees can mix with many of the most senior CX professionals in Europe, alongside key industry influencers, making the evening a networking dream.
