Puzzel Appoints New CEO  

Frederic Laziou to steer company towards greater CX

Puzzel has announced the appointment of the company’s new Chief Executive, Frederic Laziou. 

Laziou takes on the role at the leading innovator of CCaaS with more than two decades of experience working across the technology industry. This includes building and leading high-growth Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. Laziou will help steer Puzzel as the business strives to deliver greater customer success, accelerated innovation and superior service.  

Laziou said: “Delivering effective, personalised and differentiated customer value in a true omnichannel environment has never been more critical in today’s socially distanced world.  

“Puzzel has the experience and technical capability to enable that for organisations – and I’m looking forward to helping our customers achieve that as we move through the pandemic and beyond.”

Laziou joins Puzzel from Tacton, a Swedish software vendor where he served as CEO for four-and-a-half years. Under his leadership, Tacton grew from one office in Stockholm to having successful operations in Germany, Poland, the Uand Japan It was recognised as a visionary company in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant. 

Laziou has also previously held leadership positions at 24 Solutions, a cloud service and IT security provider in Sweden and Opera Capital Partners, a technology-focused corporate finance and development firm in Sweden and France. 

Puzzel said in a statement they are delighted to welcome Laziou to the team.
