UJET has been named the leader in G2’s Summer Grid Report for Overall Satisfaction in Contact Centre Operations Software. Based on actual product user reviews, UJET consistently receives the highest satisfaction ratings in the industry, beating major players in the contact centre space.

UJET earned 54 badges for Leader, Best Usability, Best Support, Users Most Likely to Recommend, Leader Enterprise, Momentum Leader, and others.

The company scored 99 out of 100 for user satisfaction, the highest of all category vendors evaluated. Ujet also ranked first in the Momentum Grid for Contact Centre Operations, as well as Satisfaction for Enterprise, Mid-Market & Overall Contact Centre Operations Grid.
