Concur User Assistant by WalkMe offers self-service guidance from within the SAP Concur environment
Digital adoption company WalkMe has announced a partnership with enterprise software giant SAP, which will see the former’s solutions join the SAP Concur partner programme.
WalkMe’s platform is aimed at ensuring fast user adoption of new digital assets, with a no-code platform providing visibility into digital experiences in order to tweak employee experience and customer satisfaction. SAP Concur, meanwhile offers businesses travel and expense management services.
“Whether employees are changing careers or changing companies, ‘The Great Resignation’ has paved the way for ‘The Great Acceptance,’ creating an influx of new-hires across all industries that puts pressure on organisations to provide optimal employee experiences,” said Amir Farhi, Chief Business Development Officer at WalkMe.
Coming from the partnership is Concur User Assistant by WalkMe, which provides self-service guidance and other digital adoption content from within the SAP concur environment. The solution walks users through digital workflows across desktop, mobile and web applications, and features a premium version allowing for the creation of custom guides for training, an analytics dashboard and industry-specific messaging.
“With WalkMe, organisations can analyse digital adoption and usage trends across applications, users, business processes, and departments, which are critical to understanding how to improve user experience,” said Amir Farhi.
“As new and current employees are faced with a growing number of applications to learn and use to perform their jobs, solutions like Concur User Assistant by WalkMe puts the power of digital adoption into the hands of all SAP Concur users.”
SAP recently partnered with experience management firm Qualtrics on Concur Experience Optimiser, combining Qualtrics’ employee experience management platform with SAP’s Concur data.
“A company’s travel and expense programs can directly impact an employee’s experience,” said Mike Koetting, SAP Concur solution area lead at SAP. “Concur Experience Optimizer helps organisations understand the reasons behind employee behaviour so they can make adjustments that are in line with both employee sentiment and business objectives.”
