Growth private equity firm TA Associates has announced the formation of a cloud-based platform called Revalize.
The enterprise platform is tailored to the manufacturing industry and includes features for accelerating sales cycles and improving buying experiences, as well as manufacturing-specific design applications and engineering simulations.
Based In Jacksonville Florida, the company will be led by Chairman Mark Friedman, previously founder of facilities management software Accruent, and CEO Jim Contardi, formerly the CEO of AutoQuotes – a company recently acquired by TA Associates.

Having already gained 8,000 customers, the company offers software tailored to different sectors, including medical devices, mechanical equipment and specialty vehicles.
