Government contractor, architect, and professional services ERP and CRM solution provider Unanet has announced a new CRM for the government contracting industry.

CRM for GovCon incorporates features from market intelligence through to proposal delivery and builds on the company’s existing ERP solution as a comprehensive solution for managing opportunities and customers.

Dedicated Government Contractor CRM

“Now GovCons can break out of siloed systems and have holistic project and client management functionality,” said Craig Halliday, CEO of Unanet. “When they can see the full view of their entire customer lifecycle, they are able to make smarter business decisions, operate more efficiently, and deliver better results overall.”

The platform streamlines proposal management and delivery, integrating with Unanet’s ERP which provides project management, insights and business analytics capabilities.

“Unanet is continuously innovating so GovCons have better solutions than the bolt-on technologies offered by the de facto industry leaders,” said Halliday. “This commitment to innovation and our customer-first service that consistently exceeds expectations have made us the clear choice for GovCons.”

Unanet partners with GovTribe, a consolidator of federal contract and grant data, to offer early market intelligence data within the CRM, allowing government contractors to search opportunities based on specifics such as dates, requirements and award value. Researched opportunities can be tracked, and proposals crafted, based on insights into past performance – before being managed with Unanet’s ERP once awarded.

“This partnership will provide a best-in-class, fully integrated market research capability for Unanet CRM customers,” said Nate Nash, CEO of GovTribe. “We see great value in the combined offering and look forward to better serving the government contracting community.”

The new CRM was developed on the back of Unanet’s acquisition of CRM software company Cosential in October of last year.

“Cosential customers will gain increased investment in their business development and marketing solution, and gain access to Unanet’s ERP,” said Dan Cornish, CEO of Cosential.  “Unanet has proven its commitment to investing in technology to benefit all customers, so we know the future will result in many cutting-edge new capabilities. Cosential and Unanet share a focus on providing an excellent customer experience in order to deliver even greater value to our customers.”
