At the annual “ConnectCentral” event for users, RingCentral, a leader in cloud communication and collaboration announced exciting new partnerships for their voice analytics strategy. After informing attendees that they’re adding AI-enabled analytics into their industry-leading platform, RingCentral introduced new partnerships with Gong.io, Velvetech and ThetaLake intended to enhance this technology.
The collaboration with these three companies will help RingCentral to deliver more effective post-call and real-time analytics to global customers.
ThetaLake, Velvetech, and Gong.io are all part of the RingCentral Connect Platform Partner Program, which provides independent software vendors with go-to-market resources and technology intended to boost their customer success rate. These premier partners have used RingCentral APIs to create a range of exciting integrated solutions for sales performance, compliance, and customer experience, all with the support of machine learning.
New Exciting Features with RingCentral
According to the VP of product management for RingCentral, David Lee, AI is becoming an increasingly common part of the business environment. RingCentral believes that by partnering with a growing selection of advanced AI companies, and giving them the opportunity to access RingCentral open APIs, they can provide their customers with a broader range of services.
Leading software development platform provider, Velvetech, has used RingCentral’s open APIs to create a real-time transcription solution equipped with machine learning capabilities from XSELL. Together, these two organisations will allow companies to develop real-time insights that drive better sales performance and coach sales agents.
Gong.io, a conversation intelligence solution for sales teams, has leveraged RingCentral’s APIs to create a solution for sales teams that uses machine learning to drive efficiency and best practices at scale. On the other hand, ThetaLake, leaders in video and audio communications compliance, worked alongside RingCentral to support companies in highly regulated industries to securely archive business recordings.
Additional Partners in the RingCentral Network
Alongside their announcements regarding new premier AI partners, RingCentral also announced a range of enhancements to their partnerships with Google and Box. At ConnectCentral, RingCentral confirmed that Box will now offer “RingCentral Archiver” which allows users to archive crucial RingCentral data including SMS, voicemail, fax, and call recording information on their Box account. Once your RingCentral data is stored with Box, you can choose to enhance it with artificial intelligence through Box Skills.
Additionally, RingCentral is also offering a native Google Calendar add-on which gives users the option to choose RingCentral for their video and audio calling needs. This integration will make it easier for customers to schedule meetings and conference calls without toggling back and forwards between applications.
The RingCentral Connect Platform partner program gives today’s ISVs the option to leverage the benefits of collaboration in their business workflows. Through this platform, ISVs will receive a range of go-to-market support through three tiers of service, including Elite, Premier, and Authorized packages.
