The CX Awards final is just around the corner, with almost 40 prominent tech providers from across the customer experience space competing for 11 prizes.

Getting to this stage is a fantastic achievement in itself, with finalists wowing our judges with their ability to innovate and execute in their fields.

Yet, each vendor is eager to secure the top prize, and they won’t have to wait much longer to find out their fortunes. Indeed, we will announce the winners today at 16:00 GMT.

At the live event – which you can register to watch online – we will also reveal the shortlist and victors of our people awards. These include: CX Leader of the Year and Women in CX Technology.

In addition, as our esteemed judges announce every winner, they’ll offer insight into their reasoning and pinpoint what makes them unique.

Meanwhile, our hosts – David Dungay, Editor in Chief at CX Today, and Clare Muscutt, Founder of Women in CX – will keep the show moving at a fast pace.

Indeed, with 13 awards to give out in half an hour, the excitement and celebrations will come thick and fast.
