Zammo Conversational AI Launches on Microsoft Azure

San Francisco, California-based voice computing platform has launched on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.

The company’s AI voice platform allows companies to design and deploy conversational AI systems without coding, across channels such as chatbots, interactive voice response systems and voice assistants. At the same time, the platform provides unified data analytics to deliver insights into user engagement for the purposes of improvement.

“We’re proud to have the Zammo platform on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, as it represents a key step in our growth goals,” said Alex Farr, CEO of “Any business looking to quickly transform user interactions through conversational AI will now have access to Zammo’s no-code technology that works across all engagement channels.”

No-Code Conversational AI Design

The platform works via conversational modules tailored to specific use cases such as within a contact centre or in broader marketing, sales, HR and customer service departments.

Zammo is disruptive but at the same time it is a very simple no code SaaS solution. What Zammo disrupts is the status quo, enabling businesses to leverage the power of conversational AI. Zammo can be leveraged by non-technical people across the organisation, from contact centres to sales and marketing.  With powerful data analytics, teams can measure and improve user interactions across all channels. This is what the market has been waiting for,” said Zeus Kerravala, Founder and Principal Analyst, ZK Research.

Following being chosen as Microsoft AI Solution of the Month for April 2021, the product is now launching on the Azure Marketplacean online store which provides applications and cloud solutions for use on the Azure cloud.

“Through Microsoft Azure Marketplace, customers around the world can easily find, buy, and deploy partner solutions they can trust, all certified and optimized to run on Azure,” said Jake Zborowski, general manager, Microsoft Azure Platform at Microsoft Corp. “We’re happy to welcome Zammo’s solution to the growing Azure Marketplace ecosystem.”
