Ecommerce marketing platform Yotpo has announced a new Partner Portal to help partners collaborate with Yotpo on ecommerce deployments.

Yotpo offers a platform integrating loyalty and referrals, SMS marketing and reviews to promote customer engagement and retention. The offering integrates with the likes of Google and Instagram, while being available via ecommerce platforms such as the Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Adobe Commerce, as well as Shopify.

The new offering is currently available to agency partners and serves a centralised location to manage partnerships with Yotpo. The portal features loyalty programme functionalities including visibility into partnership status, progress towards reaching the next partner tier, and a library of education and enablement materials.

Yotpo framed the offering as responding to continuing demand for B2B ecommerce services and products caused by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, leading to growth in its community of agency, system integrator and technology partners. Globally, its number of active partners grew by 68%, with partners now located across the globe.

“Yotpo is humbled to be able to work with amazing partners in the eCommerce industry, enabling the creation and acceleration of online businesses for brands of varying sizes, all over the world. That’s why we developed the Partner Portal, to provide a foundation and scalable infrastructure enabling fellow eCommerce providers to ‘get to the business’ of serving joint customers more quickly and seamlessly. Now is the time to enable as many entrepreneurs and brands as possible to capitalise on the surging global eCommerce opportunity,” said John-David Klausner, VP of Partnerships at Yotpo.

Earlier this month it was announced that ecommerce giant Shopify was investing in the Yotpo platform, with the latter company saying the partnership would accelerate its growth and product development in line with its ambition to improve merchant-customer relationships.

“This new platform partnership is a significant milestone in our company journey, in our longstanding relationship with Shopify, and in service to our customers,” said Tomer Tagrin, CEO at Yotpo at the time. “With the last year’s addition of SMS marketing to the Yotpo platform, we now have five cutting-edge products available to Shopify merchants. We look forward to working even more closely with Shopify to provide smarter, more connected experiences that create real value for our mutual customers.
