Quadient and Duck Creek Technologies Join Forces to Accelerate CX Management Capabilities

Quadient has teamed up with Duck Creek Technologies Inc. with the aim to boost the digital transformation initiatives of insurance organisations.  

This will be achieved by integrating Quadient’s Customer Experience Management (CXM) solutions with Duck Creek’s Claims Management Software. The collaboration will boost the digital transformation initiatives of insurance organisations. 

Quadienta global provider that helps businesses create meaningful customer connections through digital and physical channels, announced the partnership with Duck Creek, a global provider of SaaS software this week.

This strategic partnership will bring OmniChannel distribution capabilities to users of Duck Creek Claims by leveraging Quadient’s CXM solutions, including Customer Experience (CX) orchestration and all-important customer journey mapping.  

Allowing the customer to map their own CX journey

Based on Quadient’s CXM platform, the accelerator – Quadient Inspire – enables insurance firms to send interactive and personalised communications through a customer’s preferred channel, as well as have access to customer journey mapping tools to monitor and improve the overall customer experience. 

Future plans also include integrating Quadient’s accelerator with Duck Creek’s Policy and billing solutions.
