Two More Solutions Added to Salesforce AppExchange

A further two companies have now found their way onto the Salesforce AppExchange. Following Avaya’s lead after the company launched Avaya OneCloud for Service Cloud on Salesforce AppExchange at the end of June, it now features Vonage, Odigo and Talkdesk.

Talkdesk for Service Cloud Voice was added to Salesforce’s AppExchange, which brings together phone, digital channels and CRM data in one central view for service agents.

Liaison’s Admissions Solution Integrated with Slate CRM

Liaison International’s Centralized Application Service (CAS) college admissions offering is being integrated with higher education CRM platform Slate from Technolutions.

The Slate solution is a CRM designed for higher education bodies, and is used in enrolment, student success and advancement capacities. The product includes outreach and communications, travel management, application, student success and alumni management features.

Domo Named Best Company to Work for Women

Domo has been named to the Parity.org Best Companies for Women to Advance List 2021 for the second consecutive year. Domo has been named to the list since the list’s founding in 2020 to recognise organisations that have implemented a mix of exemplary benefits, policies and programmes that ensure women have significant opportunities to advance their careers.

LG to Increase its Cloud-based Contact Centres

LG has announced it will increase its volume of cloud-based call centres to offer better customer care services and protect its workers from the COVID-19 outbreak.

LG said they will be also available in 10 more countries, including Brazil, France, Vietnam and South Korea, by the end of this year. The company recently launched cloud-based call centres in the United States.

AVANT Reveals CCaaS Market to be Worth $10.5bn by 2027

AVANT has released its fourth AVANT 6-12 Report focusing on Contact Center as a Service, which has found the CCaaS market currently accounts for more than $3 billion in global sales, with predictions anticipating sales to reach $10.5 billion by 2027.

CCaaS has recently emerged as a necessary adoption for organizations across a number of industries, with a majority of IT decision makers planning to implement CCaaS solutions within the next 12 months.
