A further two companies have now found their way onto the Salesforce AppExchange.

Following Avaya’s lead after the company launched Avaya OneCloud for Service Cloud on Salesforce AppExchange at the end of June, it now features Vonage, Odigo and Talkdesk.

Talkdesk for Service Cloud Voice was added to Salesforce’s AppExchange, which brings together phone, digital channels and CRM data in one central view for service agents.

Customers can now connect their preferred phone solutions into Service Cloud Voice with Service Cloud Voice for Partner Telephony, creating a unified agent and digital channel experience to deliver faster, smarter and more personalised service.

Talkdesk for Service Cloud Voice gives organisations the power of Salesforce and Talkdesk in one enhanced experience. The AppExchange listing provides customers with access to essential CCasS capabilities backed by the highly rated, easy-to-use features, service, and reliability synonymous with the Talkdesk brand.

Charanya Kannan, chief product and engineering officer, Talkdesk, said: ”At many organisations, work teams live in Salesforce day in and day out, and are looking for more ways to bring their contact center solution into that environment.

“We’re working to expand those options by building on the five-year success of Talkdesk for Salesforce to also offer Talkdesk for Service Cloud Voice, providing businesses with greater choice in meeting their unique needs.”

Odigo also launched an updated version of Odigo for Salesforce on Salesforce AppExchange, empowering customers to connect Odigo to Salesforce Service Cloud Voice product.

Odigo’s new Service Cloud Voice for Partner Telephony option will enable Odigo to offer a Call Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solution that combines data-driven design and Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities with Einstein artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities.

Thibaud Pietri, Chief Product Officer at Odigo, said: “The Odigo team is excited to integrate our proprietary Odigo CCaaS technology with Salesforce. The clients we support will be able to get benefits from our continuous innovation, including increased contact centre efficiency, memorable customer journeys and a rewarding agent experience.”

Vonage Contact Centre for Service Cloud Voice was launched on the Salesforce AppExchange on June 25 and is now integrated directly with Salesforce Service Cloud.
