Commerce.AI has announced that its cloud-based data platform is now available on Genesys AppFoundry, enabling Genesys customers to process and extract business insights from voice, chat, text and video data.
Commerce.AI platform integrates with over 100 data solutions, helping enterprises link their data sources and identify customer journey improvement opportunities.
Genesys clients may also benefit from the new speech-based voice survey capability within the Commerce.AI platform. The feature provides real-time feedback and detailed insights at scale for improved decision-making.

Genesys customers who start to use Commerce.AI through AppFoundry will have the platform subscription included in their Genesys invoice.
Not too long ago, Nuance AI and engagement platform Mindful were also added to Genesys AppFoundry, enabling Genesys customers to further enhance their contact centre capabilities.
