Insurance tech provider Sureify has partnered with Glia to enhance customer service experiences across the insurance sector.”
The insurance technology provider will integrate the Glia Digital Customer Service solution into its Lifetime platform, adding many new digital capabilities to its offering.

The integration aims to make it easier for call centre reps to communicate directly with customers through their preferred communication method. It will also allow Sureify users to access CoBrowsing, Glia’s customer engagement tool, which enables customers and contact centre agents to access the same webpage and solve issues together. Such teamwork inspires faster resolutions as call centre reps will be able to solve customer issues faster while customers complete online applications and service their policies digitally.
