Conversational AI and automation platform Solvvy has announced the appointment of Charles Hicks as its new Director of Channels and Alliances.
Hicks will be responsible for expanding the company’s partnerships with the customer experience, contact centre, and CRM platforms.

In his previous role, Hicks served as General Manager at SugarCRM, leading the growth strategy and go-to-market execution of the company’s automated customer support offering. Before that, Hicks led Client Services at the same company.
Throughout his career, Hicks has worked with CX companies including the likes of Zendesk, Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Talkdesk, Genesys, and others, as well as with leading VARs and System Integrators.
