Acqueon has received an Amazon Connect Ready Partner designation, which represents key differentiators for the company.

On the one hand, it shows that Acqueon has created solutions and demonstrated that it can repeatedly deploy these at scale.

Most importantly, Acqueon believes the designation showcases that many of its customers have already successfully deployed the solution on AWS.

These differentiators are essentially what the Amazon Connect Ready Partner designation itself is verifying: software supporting Amazon Connect in accordance with best practices and is being actively used by customers with positive customer feedback.

Ashish Koul, Chief Executive Officer at Acqueon, commented on the news: “Having supported Amazon Connect since AWS launched the service in 2018, our team is proud to achieve the Amazon Connect Ready Partner designation.

“We are dedicated to helping B2C enterprises achieve their business transformation goals while maximizing the growth and revenue potential of every customer conversation.

“This new specialization and our continued work with AWS allow Acqueon to leverage the agility, breadth of services, and pace of innovation of AWS, all with a goal of fuelling growth and success for our customers.”

Acqueon, the conversational engagement platform, is an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Advanced Tier Services Partner and a member of the AWS Service Delivery Program.

According to Acqueon, the evolution of the contact center industry and experience has resulted in more consumers witnessing the benefits of investing in new technologies to increase their system performance.

Amazon Connect software solutions support current and emerging contact center technologies with the support of AWS.

Amazon Connect Ready Partners work on providing solutions across various areas, such as analytics, customer relationship management, customer engagement, outbound communications, reporting and dashboards, and workforce engagement.

Acqueon’s platform includes Acqueon Engagement, which is an omnichannel campaign manager with a built-in compliance suite.

It also features Acqueon Summarise, an AI-powered call summarization capability that uses an intelligent data platform.

The platform offers pre-built integrations with Epic HER software, Salesforce, and a number of other applications, plus APIs for customization.

Acqueon says that customers turn to its platform for revenue generation and revenue recovery workloads when they are implementing Amazon Connect.

Its conversational engagement solution uses Amazon Connect to meet the advanced campaign management and compliance needs of the United States’ top health insurance companies, banks, financial services firms, and public sector organizations.

AWS is enabling scalable and cost-effective solutions for businesses of all sizes.

To help integrate and deploy these solutions, it set up the AWS Service Ready Program to simplify the process for customers searching for AWS Partners with the best industry experience and expertise.

Earlier this month, AWS released “Agentless” voice dialing to its Amazon Connect Outbound Campaigns solution, enabling contact centers to send high-volume, personalized voice notifications without the help of live agents.

Another addition to Amazon Connect came at the end of Spring this year in the form of a “Theme Detection” tool for Amazon Connect Contact Lens, providing users with a snapshot of the top customer issues across thousands of contacts within a chosen time period.

It is the latest of several recent updates to Contact Lens, the conversational analytics solution that sits inside the AWS CCaaS platform.
