Conversational Recruiting Platform Paradox Raises $200M

Conversational recruiting platform Paradox has closed a $200 million Series C round led by Stripes, Sapphire, and Thoma Bravo. The latest investment values the company at $1.5 billion. Paradox intends to put its effort into team expansion in 2022.

Paradox’s flagship product, conversational AI assistant Olivia is designed to help companies automate recruiting tasks such as candidate screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, all through smart, mobile-first experiences.

Cisco and Zoom Invest $8.7m in Mio

Cisco and Zoom have invested a combined $8.7m in Mio, the business that aims to unify messaging networks.

By using a communication platform that interoperates with various systems, companies can utilise a strategy where CX becomes a team sport. Departments – such as customer care – can create allegiances and seamlessly communicate to speed-up CX transformation strategies.

Enabling users to do so, Mio provides the space for cross-platform direct messaging, group chats, and channels. Users may also edit/delete messages, thread messages, post emoji reactions, @ mention users, and upload files.

ActiveCampaign Release New Automation Apps

ActiveCampaign has released new series of integrations with its CX automation platform. These integrations are the latest in the company’s collection of Growth Accelerator Apps, which already include a plethora of best-in-class brands. Zoom, Eventbrite, and Squarespace are just a handful of examples.

The latest additions offer even more capabilities to ActiveCampaign clients, promising to automate events, surveys, data storage, direct mail and more.

SAP and Teradata Named “Leaders” in Gartner Magic Quadrant

SAP and Teradata were named as market leaders, demonstrating a strong vision and an exceptional ability to execute.

In the report, SAP HANA CLOUD received praise for its breadth and depth of functionality. Its multicloud, intercloud, and hybrid environments – in addition to a track record of steady adoption – were also noted, as Gartner continued to reveal the impressive findings.

Teradata garnered acclaim for the multicloud, intercloud, and hybrid environment within its Vantage Solution – especially in regards to “ease of use”.
