Cloud communications provider Content Guru has expanded the availability of storm ASK, its customer survey tool, over a variety of channels.

storm ASK is a surveying tool designed to collect, collate, and draw insights out from customer feedback.

Also, it enables both proactive surveys – which are sent to customers for completion within a fixed timeframe – and reactive surveys, where a response is required immediately.

Surveys through ASK are currently available via voice, email, SMS and the internet, but the company expand the availability across webchat this month, as well as across a range of social media channels (including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) later in the year.

Martin Taylor, Deputy CEO and Co-Founder of Content Guru, commented: “This development adds to the voice and digital channels already supported by storm ASK, enhancing the functionality provided and further ensuring organisations can maximise customer satisfaction across multiple channels.”

Companies can run these surveys in-channel or across multiple channels and the users can view the results in the storm VIEWTM reporting module.

Content Guru has recently integrated Instagram into its CCaaS platform to enable companies to leverage this social media channel to engage with customers.
