Kore.ai has confirmed that its XO Automation and Contact Centre AI solutions will now be available in AWS Marketplace.
As a curated digital catalog that allows customers to discover, purchase, deploy, and manage third-party software, the Marketplace will expose Kore.ai’s tech to a wider, more diverse audience.
Moreover, the improved accessibility will also simplify the purchase and management process for AWS and Kore.ai customers.
In discussing the news, Kore.ai CEO and Founder Raj Koneru, explained how the availability through AWS will help to showcase the expertise in conversational and generative AI (GenAI) that his company possesses:
“The world is fast moving toward an AI-first framework, and we want to provide the best advanced AI-powered solutions to every AWS customer through this initiative.
“Kore.ai enables businesses to put AI to work safely, responsibly, and at scale through its open architecture and generative and conversational AI platforms to achieve desired business outcomes.
We envision our technology, along with the power of AWS, helping enterprises achieve transformative results.
So, let’s take a closer look at the two solutions that AWS customers will now be able to access in the Marketplace.
XO Automation
XO Automation AI leverages LLM and GenAI tech with a no-code interface to help enterprises design, build, and manage AI chatbots for automating customer interactions across 40+ voice and digital channels.
It also supports omnichannel, multilingual experiences in over 130 languages.
In addition, the solution features advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-engine NLU powered by LLMs, and Responsible AI guardrails.
The company claims that these capabilities enable secure and scalable generative and conversational AI solutions, which have the power to enhance customer experience, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
Contact Center AI
Kore.ai believes that its Contact Center solution improves customer service by analyzing conversations; automating tasks; and delivering personalized, efficient experiences to boost customer satisfaction.
Integrated with the XO Platform, it automates up to 80% of interactions, reduces wait times, and enhances efficiency.
Users will also have access to the company’s Agent AI tool, which provides real-time guidance, automated summaries, coaching, and AI-driven playbooks to support agents.
A Busy Year for Kore.AI
This latest announcement is the third significant piece of news to come from Kore.AI in the past two months.
At the end of July, the company introduced XO Express, a new conversational AI platform tailored for smaller businesses.
This simplified version of its leading XO solution is designed for non-technical users, eliminating the need for in-house AI or developer expertise.
Speaking about the usability of the new solution at the time, Koneru said:
XO Express turns the experience of building an AI Chatbot into an intuitive and fun-filled one, free of jargon.
“You don’t need to be an expert or understand the intricacies of conversational AI. Anyone with a business idea can access the XO platform to build AI chatbots and create an affordable contact center.”
The platform allows SMBs to quickly create and deploy virtual agents for various functions, including commerce, marketing, sales, and service.
Kore.ai emphasized the solution’s affordability and scalability, which enables businesses to integrate multiple systems, automate more use cases, and achieve greater ROI.
Prior to this, the vendor launched GALE, an “industry-first” GenAI platform designed to help enterprises build, test, and optimize AI applications.
While Kore.ai is renowned for its XO conversational AI platform used in contact centers, GALE offers a no-code interface for developing apps that streamline business operations, enhance productivity, and improve customer experiences across various functions like supply chain, finance, and resource management.
GALE supports both long-term and short-term applications, enabling businesses to quickly develop temporary solutions like email services or outreach campaigns.
It also offers customizable templates for tasks such as conversation summaries and sales content.
And the releases don’t stop there. In April of this year, the company introduced another update, with the announcement that its new XO GPT Models would not be available in the XO Platform.
Kore.ai claims that these lighter, faster, and more cost-effective LLMs – which are developed in-house – help to reduce computing power needs, lowering costs for both Kore.ai and its customers.
Designed for CX use cases, the XO GPT Models support more natural, human-like conversations by enabling paraphrasing in automated responses.
Kore.ai also allows businesses to deploy multiple LLMs for different use cases.
Additionally, customers can customize prompts and business rules to further refine their AI deployments.
