The New Year has finally arrived, and that means we’re drawing ever closer to announcing our CX Awards winners for 2023. Unfortunately, it also means you have limited time left to get involved.
Yes, we have set a deadline to stop receiving applications on the 13th of January to ensure there is plenty of time to carefully evaluate entries across all 15 categories.
So, if you haven’t submitted your application(s) by this date, you’ll have to wait until 2024 for another chance to win!
In other words, now is the time to get a move on if you’ve been delaying your application.
Submit Your Application Now
The good news is completing your application for this year’s awards couldn’t be easier, no matter whether you’re applying for “CX Leader of the Year” or “Best BPO”. You can submit all of your information right here.
Thankfully, the process shouldn’t take long, and following our top tips will help make sure that you put forward the best possible application.
You can then upload your application forms, showing us what you do best and what differentiates you from the competition in the category.
We recommend taking a look at some of our previous winners if you’re struggling for inspiration.
What Happens Next?
Once you’ve successfully submitted your applications, our expert judges will get to work, assessing each entry. They are:
- Michael Fauscette, Founder, CEO & Chief Analyst at Arion Research
- Robin Gareiss, CEO and Principal Analyst at Metrigy.
- Martin Hill-Wilson, Owner of Brainfood Consulting
- Nerys Corfield, Director of Injection Consulting
- Julie Tano-Lawson, CX Consultant at Cabinet Conseil CX
These judges will evaluate your applications, looking closely at your ability to execute, innovate, and deliver phenomenal customer experiences.
On the 3rd of February, we’ll reveal our shortlist of finalists, and on the 16th of February, we’ll invite you to join us for our online awards ceremony.
We look forward to seeing you there!
