CRM and intelligent revenue management platform Pipedrive has launched a native integration with Zendesk.

The integration will allow sales representatives to access Pipedrive customer data from Zendesk and vice versa, to save time and promote sales workflow.

Zendesk has recently integrated with Bavard, a no-code chatbot that performs automated dialogues and collects form data.

Krishna Panicker, Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Pipedrive said: “Pipedrive is on a mission to turn CRM into a revenue platform that connects all the tools that small businesses need for growth. Our goal is to support small businesses’ evolving needs, help them to get more qualified leads and close deals faster, nurture their customer relationships, and grow their revenue.

The new integration between Pipedrive and Zendesk helps our users strengthen people-centric business approach and nurture meaningful and compelling connections with their customers and prospects.”

Recent Pipedrive strategic integrations include Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, QuickBooks, Trello, and others. Pipedrive says these integrations make it easy for CRM users to switch between tabs and tools, promoting productivity and efficiency.

With over 300 apps in the marketplace, Pipedrive plans to integrate with apps that cover marketing, communications, leads, accounting and invoicing, process management, and more.

Pipedrive platform provides small businesses with accurate sales reporting and revenue projections to help them keep track of current and future deals.
