CCaaS, CRM, CPaaS… there are many subsets of customer experience technology, each crammed with providers promising transformational results.  

As such, it can be tricky to cut through the noise and isolate the vendors with the best vision and track record for execution.  

Thankfully, the CX Awards 2025 offers the spectacles to see through the weeds, spotlighting those providers bringing true customer experience innovation to life.  

In 2025, we’ve widened the lens, introducing several new categories and receiving almost 200 entries from the cream of the CX crop. 

As such, the event is bigger than ever, and only the best of the bunch have made it onto the finalist shortlist, which we’re delighted to share below.

How Did We Decide Upon the Finalists?

A panel of 16 expert judges from respected industry research firms, including Constellation Research, IDC, and Opus Research, scoured each and every entry.  

In doing so, they evaluated vendors on their innovation, execution, and customer experience to narrow the drove of applications into succinct sets of deserving finalists.

A Massive Thank You to All Our Entrants

Analyzing all the entries for this year’s CX Awards was no easy task for our esteemed judging panel.  

Indeed, to settle on the list of worthy winners above, the judges agonized over several tight, hotly-debated decisions during the final judging calls.  

So, while some may have missed out, all applications helped to add significant value to the event.   

On behalf of CX Today, I’d like to share a huge thank you to every company that entered, contributing to an awards program that has become a staple event on the CX calendar. 

Next year, the event will return to once again. When it does, we’d be thrilled to welcome everyone back and share the successes that you’ll undoubtedly have in 2025.
