BLEND, a localisation company, announced that it is acquiring GM Voices, a provider of professionally-recorded voice, audio localisation, and Voice Branding solutions, to expand its offering and cater to more localisation verticals and markets.
The acquisition follows a $10 million series B funding round launched by BLEND in March this year.

GM Voices provides voice recording and localisation services for interactive voice response, AI, e-learning, explainer and marketing videos, podcasts, subtitling, dubbing and more. It is also known for recording the original Siri and other popular virtual assistants and smart speakers. GM Voices offers thousands of voice actors for more than 100 languages and dialects.
