Deliveroo has picked SVL to take over the company’s workforce management solution.  

The popular global online food delivery firm will have Calabrio WFM installed as a hub to oversee the scheduling side of the business.  

This will take place in nations such as Italy, Dubai and Hong Kong.  

Deliveroo said in a statement: “We are pleased to work with SVL to enhance our planning and proactively manage our workforce in what can be rapidly changing market conditions.” 

SVL Business Solutions is the UK’s longest established specialist provider of multimedia interaction recording and contact centre applications including quality management, real-time automation, WFM, customer feedback and analytics. It was founded in 1967.  

SVL’s Account Director Anne Holmes added: “I am delighted to work with such a prestigious global brand as Deliveroo and we will ensure that the introduction of Calabrio WFM will help improve both employee performance and scheduling.”
