Semafone’s Cardprotect Voice+ is compliant with key customer engagement solutions from Avaya (NYSE: AVYA), a global leader in solutions that enhance and simplify communications and collaboration.

Cardprotect Voice+ enables businesses to accept phone payments while ensuring customers’ sensitive payment data and sensitive information is securely routed directly to the payment service provider (PSP).  

Reduced Data Breach

As the data never enters the merchant businesses’ network infrastructure, the risk of a data breach or fraud occurring is significantly reduced and PCI DSS compliance is dramatically simplified.  

The application has passed a compliance-test from Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura R8.1. 

Semafone is a Technology Partner in the Avaya DevConnect programme—an initiative to develop, market and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company’s investment in its network. 

As a Partner, Semafone can submit products to Avaya for compliance testing. This is performed by a team of DevConnect engineers who develop a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify its Avaya compatibility.  

Doing this enables customers to confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure and in turn helps speed deployment of new applications and reduce both network complexity and implementation costs.
